Should I reserve in advance?

Yes, and we recommend it! Booking in advance ensures availability, the best selection and the best pricing. Advance booking online is a time saver as you will be able to settle your waiver and payment in advance so you can get in and out faster. You can reserve your rentals days or weeks ahead of your trip—whenever your plans are set.

Can you accommodate large groups?

Absolutely! It's our specialty. We have the largest fleet in the valley and the techs to help get big groups on the mountain with ease. Feel free to give us a call at 970-726-8882 to discuss your group plans.

What does 'All-in Pricing' mean?

We are the only shop that includes tax in the rental cost. All of the shops in Winter Park have to charge 11.2% tax (the highest sales tax rate in Colorado) on top of the rental. The shops in Fraser have to charge 9.2%. So that savings can really make a difference. The only items we charge extra for are helmets, upgraded boots and insurance because they're totally optional.

When do rentals need to be returned?

You can bring your gear back by 6:00 pm at the end of your rental period.

What ability levels do carry gear for?

We have top quality equipment for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Our staff will help match you with the right set up based on current conditions, you ability and terrain plans.

Can I switch equipment if something doesn't feel right?

Of course! We want everyone to have the best experience possible. Stop by the store and we'll make adjustments and swap equipment when possible.

Should we get the insurance?

It's totally optional. It's a nominal fee and could save you hundreds if something happens, but it's totally your call!
